In an almost centennial building, with wooden structure, the intervention in the entire floor with 368m2, which aimed to divide it into 2 apartments that responded to the requirements of the present, was what we executed for our client.

In each of the two new fractions, the project favored the unification of the living/dining and kitchen areas, which gave rise to fluid, large, very bright spaces and took into account the importance of the private zone, spatially differentiated and protected.

Throughout the work, there were numerous challenges, due to the complexity of the work to be carried out and the constant concern for maintaining the existing.

Along with the Owner, options were taken, elected materials, in a long way, until reaching a final result full of contemporaneity.
